Deps: Update composer dependencies to latest versions
- Upgraded `brick/math` to v0.17.2, `guzzlehttp/guzzle` to v7.12.0, `nesbot/carbon` to v3.12.3, and several others for improved performance and bug fixes. - Updated middleware in `bootstrap/app.php` to render JSON for API exception routes.
