feat(call recording): add recording compositor to merge multiple peers

- current compositor has a 2 pane layout, with candidate video/screenshare on left
- other peers are added on right and bellow

- overhaul the interviewer panel setup for more compact design
- assesment scheduling is now in a drawer

refactor: UI Layouts and components

Interview module is refactored to use layouts and re-usable components
along with domain components. Style remains identitical to previous
design.
