Add boost and Skills for this project.
Interview module is refactored to use layouts and re-usable components
along with domain components. Style remains identitical to previous
design.
hamburger menu
- overhaul the interviewer panel setup for more compact design
- assesment scheduling is now in a drawer
- replaced emojies with icon in candidate panel
- compact ui
- fix routing after toggling settings
- add a audio monitor
- when any peer speaks, and green outline is shown around the camera card
- current compositor has a 2 pane layout, with candidate video/screenshare on left 
- other peers are added on right and bellow
- upload recording of call in chunks 
- recordings are merged on server side in jobs
- improve UI of the recording tab
